At Equality Action, we are looking for an Operations Officer to work  alongside our Executive Officer to support the day-to-day delivery of our  services. Do you have the necessary skillset or experience of leadership,  managing an officer, personnel and human resource issues?  If yes, please do apply for this post. 

Equality Action provides an inclusive, flexible and supportive working  environment. We provide 24 days of annual leave.  

This is a full time post (37 hours per week) at £21k per annum on a two year fixed termed contract.  

(There may be opportunity for extending the contract and possible  progression, however this will be dependent on obtaining external funding.)
